June - a week of Portuguese gastronomy at the Feiras e Exposições (Fairs and Exhibitions) park in Lagoa. Also arts and crafts exhibits and fun for all the family.

June (2nd Sunday) - Festa de Santo António in Mexilhoeira da Carregação

July - Festival do Caracol (Snail festival) -a gastronomy festival in Porches

July (1st or 2nd Sunday) - Festa de S. Francisco in Parchal

August (last Sunday) - Festa da Nossa Senhora da Conceição, the patron saint of Ferragudo

September (1st Sunday) - Festa de Nossa Senhora das Dores e de S. Tiago in Estombar

8th September -Festa de Nossa Senhora da Luz - the patron saint of Lagoa- celebrations for the whole of the municipality of Lagoa.
